    Mechanical Engineering at MIT Manipal, with international academic exposure including work connected to TU Munich. Foundations of analytical and industrial thinking.

    First corporate milestone.

    Joined Ashok Leyland and received early recognition for marketing project excellence.

  3. 2008–2013

    Energia Trading and early entrepreneurship.

    Part-time association with Energia Trading and Consulting Company across industrial products, sales, operations, and cross-border transaction advisory. The first visible entrepreneurial layer.

  4. 2011–2012

    International business education.

    MBA / PGCIM path through ESB Business School, Reutlingen, and SPJIMR, Mumbai.

  5. 2013–2017

    Commercial and market-facing leadership.

    Roles across market research, CRM, loyalty, and competitive intelligence at organizations including Integreon, Capillary Technologies, and DataWeave.

  6. 2017 onward

    Business development and scale-building.

    Leadership and growth roles including work with GGK / Innova and other growth-oriented environments.

  7. 2018

    Co-founded Bridgentech.

    A talent and staffing company built around speed, trust, evidence-based hiring, and international delivery. Bootstrapped and global from early on.

  8. 2022

    Co-founded HirePlusPlus.

    An AI-led recruitment technology company modernizing how organizations source, screen, and evaluate talent.

  9. 2024

    Recognition for Maya and international structuring.

    HirePlusPlus and its AI recruiter Maya received public recognition in the AI/SaaS ecosystem, alongside international corporate structuring for the business.

  10. Parallel thread

    Writing, essays, and public thought.

    Across all of these years, a quieter thread has remained active: personal essays, Hindi poetry, and reflective writing that began long before the founder identity became public.
